My direct supervisor and coworkers are great. We have built a really good team and made a great deal of improvements
Cons
There is almost no continuity of management. I've been here 5 years, and I'm on 5 CEOs. Now that we're being absorbed into Mercy, we seem to be installing things and uninstalling things at the same time.
