      Coworkers, best hospital in the region, clean high tech facility, great doctors

      Cons

      Favoritism among management. Be sure to brown nose all of the management or you will never be able to be rehired despite your experience or abilities. Would rather hire from outside than promote from inside. Management does not follow the mission and values Mercy claims to represent.

      Good base rate: starts at 30 with 10k sign on bonus Weekend program gets an extra 9.50 an hr Diffs are Evenings: 2. Nights: 4. Weekends: 1.5

      Cons

      Very short staffed They mark everyone as “average” on performance reviews so they only have to give you a 3% raise Last year due to “budget cuts” they only gave every person a 2.5% raise even those 1/3 of our staff had quit. We have like half of the staffing we used to have If you spend the night during a snow storm you don’t get anything for it
