Pros
Great people, in theory the PACE model is the way medicine should be.
Cons
Very disorganized and because of this, many patients (high risk and frail) fall between the cracks with serious consequences. Very upsetting. Additionally, participants spend way to long sitting in the exam room waiting to be seen by the provider. I found this to be disrespectful.
