      Pros

      Team work makes the job more interesting and fun. It also motivates workers to look forward to coming to work daily

      Cons

      If the workplace is lack of team players the work becomes more difficult . It burden creates more pressure /tension in the workplace on individual who is efficient in his //her work

      Pros

      Great people, in theory the PACE model is the way medicine should be.

      Cons

      Very disorganized and because of this, many patients (high risk and frail) fall between the cracks with serious consequences. Very upsetting. Additionally, participants spend way to long sitting in the exam room waiting to be seen by the provider. I found this to be disrespectful.

      Good manager and coworkers. The program is all inclusive.

      A lot of different people in the mix and sometimes communication is not good.
