Pros and cons - Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Mercy Regional Medical Center Employee Review

It's a small facility and my supervisor and coworkers were very helpful.

There were no cons to the position.

Great people within the Department I worked in most enjoyed their work , freindly environment, positive people , supervisors and co workers very helpful

Pay is dismal, raises are in the form of pennies, no incentives for employees to improve themselves , your rate of pay for a higher paying position will be based on your last job function. With increasing job responsiblity no increase in pay, I trained to do 4 different jobs so that I may fill in to help out departments and there was no increase in pay. Big corporation mentality kills the ability for middle management to effectively provide incentives to staff.
