      Plenty of overtime. Supervisors are very considerate and polite. Big company, so adds value to your CV/resume.

      Cons

      They make you overwork. Coworkers are rude. Equipment is old and occasionally faulty. Unpredictable hours.

      Pros

      The HR department cares for the people and will try to satisfy all the needs of the employee. The company has a lot of holidays.

      Cons

      Since the company has been bought by another company and the home office is in France for some, the upper management can do what they want and not have any repercutions for poor work performance. Also, since the company is going through change no one knows where the will be in two years.
