      Pros

      I enjoyed working for Merit321. They were always available to answer a question or just just let you know you were appreciated. I received many phone calls and emails from Wendy, Jasmin, and Gabriella to check on me, my health, and see how things were going at work. I have never had an employer care as much as they have and I had a 20 year career with another business. I would like to thank them for being so caring of their employees.

      Cons

      The only downside for Merit was that they were subcontracted to another company that wasn’t ran as well. It was no fault of Merit321 though. They handled their business and took care of their employees better than the main contract

      I've worked at Merit321 for 3 years now, and I can truly say that this company has treated me with the care and respect that all employees deserve. I have learned a great deal working for this company, and I wouldn't trade the interactions I've had and knowledge I've gained for anything. The CEO is amazing and the environment is super friendly. They are very focused on matching candidates to jobs that best fit their skill sets and have formed strong relationships with their clients. They are very responsive, have great benefits, offer many incentives, and I would highly recommend this company for candidates, employees, and clients!

      None! I've loved every moment working for this company. They respect me just as much as I respect them.
