      Pros

      Working at this company has been positive, especially post-pandemic. The work schedule is hybrid, so you have a nice balance of both in person and virtual experiences. The CEO is supportive and wants her staff to grow and learn. She is very accommodating with anything her employees request. The work environment is healthy and everyone on the team is friendly and wants to see each person succeed. Benefits, PTO, and 401(k) are all offered.

      Cons

      There are no downsides in my personal opinion.

      Pros

      Merit321 has been such a joy to work for. I genuinely am impressed every day with their management and employees. I've never seen such a structure of business work so flawlessly day by day. They're so understanding and pleasant. They make sure you feel heard, valued, and secure. I honestly could not see myself working for any other company!!

      Cons

      There are no cons at all. Management has been absolutely pleasant with everything.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working for Merit321. They were always available to answer a question or just just let you know you were appreciated. I received many phone calls and emails from Wendy, Jasmin, and Gabriella to check on me, my health, and see how things were going at work. I have never had an employer care as much as they have and I had a 20 year career with another business. I would like to thank them for being so caring of their employees.

      Cons

      The only downside for Merit was that they were subcontracted to another company that wasn’t ran as well. It was no fault of Merit321 though. They handled their business and took care of their employees better than the main contract
