They don't really do raises unless it's for a promotion or if you earn an extra certification or something. Saw a good bit of turnover so job security can feel questionable at times.
5 stars all across. Working as the Marketing Coordinator at Merit Technologies was an absolute joy! Such a great company with amazing leaders and opportunities.
