      Pros

      Great culture and people. Solid company. Flexible (can work from home, in office, hybrid, etc.)

      Cons

      They don't really do raises unless it's for a promotion or if you earn an extra certification or something. Saw a good bit of turnover so job security can feel questionable at times.
