      I am working in Meritroad as a Associate Business Development. The working environment is very nice as you can share your every thoughts and ideas with all your colleagues. Also the working environment is very friendly which you get only in World's top MNCs..

      Cons

      I haven't faced any kind of issue in Meritroad.com. So, According to me there is no Downside of the company.

      Pros

      - Good Incentive Policy. Timely payments of Salary, Supportive Management - Great learning platform for freshers - Open and transparent work culture, with Flat Hierarcy - Daily Team meeting in the morning is a great way to connect with Senior Management. They clear all doubts. - Meritroad sales is growing every month hence it is good for company and employees also

      Cons

      Company should hire people with more experience because most of the workload is managed by Founder. Hence he is always busy.

      I see no cons. I have been a part of Meritroad for like one week or so and I am already liking it work here.
