      Pros

      - Meritroad provides good working environment - Great Startup environment with good learning opportunities - Good work-life balance. Every second Saturday is off, which is great - Good incentive policy. I got over Rs 4500 almost every month as incentive - Supportive top management

      - Best place - Best Management - Best Infrastructure

      - Only transportation issue but company is shifting soon to another location, where it will be eradicating all the key issues for the transportation.
