      I have been working at Meritroad full-time for more than one month, I have joined here as a Fresher. I am continually impressed by the caliber of people that are employed with Meritroad. As a Fresher, This is the best company to start with as it offers 1.Excellent salary 2. Proper hierarchy 3. Clear policies 4. Incentives 5. Leave policy

      Pros

      - Good Incentive Policy. Timely payments of Salary, Supportive Management - Great learning platform for freshers - Open and transparent work culture, with Flat Hierarcy - Daily Team meeting in the morning is a great way to connect with Senior Management. They clear all doubts. - Meritroad sales is growing every month hence it is good for company and employees also

      Cons

      Company should hire people with more experience because most of the workload is managed by Founder. Hence he is always busy.
