      They welcome you very nice in the beginning.

      Cons

      If you are not best friends with the VP'S they won't promote you. They push and push sales to get as many applications. They are becoming a small wells fargo. There systems are very outdated.

      Truly a Team work atmosphere. Very pleasant and nice people to work with. The process for loan origination was great.

      Pros

      My last branch manager, prior to leaving is amazing. Easy transfer to another branch location. A lot of my long term friendships came from this credit union when I left.

      Cons

      Initial manager who hired with me was challenging to work with.
