Horrible, non professional,back stabbing at the almost top level - Anonymous employee Metal Tronics Employee Review

Pay is above average for the industry as I have friends who work at similar type companies in New England. I get a yearly salary increase, a nice bonus every Christmas, nice 401 plan and 3 weeks paid vacation a year. Company is constantly updating equipment and the plant. They air conditioned the factory last year, to make it nicer for us. I have over a dozen co-workers who have been here over 25 years. Company tries to promote from within before hiring new employees.

We all work hard everyday, but sometimes the management wants miracles performed. I know this is to please our customers but we are asked to rush jobs through in days that would normally take weeks to complete. This is happening more and more as time goes on.

If you work hard and do your job without doing a lot of back stabbing you are almost guaranteed a job which is a lot more than many people have these days.

Lots and lots of confusion. no real communication between the higher ups in the company. Very little thanks for a job well done.
