Metalcraft has a culture either you can thrive in, or you simply cannot. The standards are high, and no one gets away with giving less than 100%. The sense of urgency is high. Employees have to take responsibility for their decisions, good or bad. Accountability is key. Own your mistakes and move on. Metalcraft provides lunch every other Thursday for all employees, all shifts at all locations. We aren't talking subs. Full, catered lunches. That's a very kind thing to offer 1300-1500 employees.

This is more of a positive: you will certainly get your steps in, from where you park, to the building. Again, not really a con if you're into burning calories like that. :)

Plenty of work. Company provides consumables. Overtime opportunities are available on occasion.

Intentionally deceptive in the interview process. Job posting had a listed compensation that they were not capable of meeting. Overtime seems prioritized to particular workers who seem to take advantage of Metalcraft.
