- Fantastic opportunities to learn - Great support and development from the team - you never work alone/ in a vacuum. The senior staff are always willing to help - Team work - Friendly environment - Canteen - Access to loads of technologies - unlimited network/ infrastructure access -
Cons
- Metaswitch pay their software developers really well, but in the IT support team the salary was below market value, especially when you consider the amount of access/ responsibilities available - Can be stressful/ busy at times but nothing unmanageable - Some staff can be a little demanding
