IT Department is seemingly not willing to accept internal transfers. I’ve applied several times to different roles and each of them were denied. You’d think me being a current Methodist employee would have some value, in addition to my experience but apparently not.
Also, Methodist is too focused on getting PREFECT patient experience scores. Nothing else counts. It makes it seem like unless you’re getting “Top Box” ratings, you’re not efficient or working hard enough to take care of your patients.
