Little to no acknowledgement of diversity - Consultant Metis Consultants Employee Review

As one of the few people of colour in the company at the time there was little to no acknowledgement of diversity. We did not have meaningful engagement or conversations around becoming a diverse workplace. There was no support available to employees with regard to being a minority at work or facing some sort of bias at work.
