The team is fantastic and we get all along so well

Management micro manage you and instruct you not to talk to your colleagues while working. They also belittle you and HR turn a blind eye to all the injustices that happen at this team. Turnover is extremely high and employees are demotivated and once loyal employees no longer feel that way.
