Pros

Strong benefits such as two insurance policies. There are ongoing sustainability efforts. HR makes a genuine effort to promote employee well-being through different initiatives. Good discounts at the company’s hotels and cruises after the year of employment.

Cons

Nonexistent leadership in certain areas. Proactivity is often discouraged, resulting in a stifling work environment. Surprisingly bureaucratic, with inefficient structures causing 30 people to do the work of 10. Many idle periods. Teams tend to work in isolation and are not friendly or collaborative with each other, making cross-departmental interaction rare and further hindering potential progress. The offices are dull, plain, and white, resembling an ICU.
