Level of support given highly dependent on supervisors. -Have to be prepared to be adaptable and learn fast as there expectation to catch up quick on the job - higher management often has conflicts with on the ground management

If you're close to management, you get things your way. Information not privy only to the management. Those who are of the "in-circle" will know beforehand. Very messy and biased workplace. Offers flexi-work arrangements but always rejects requests.
