1) Fixed increment quantum 2) 1 month bonus 3) Focuses on lots of training opportunities
Cons
1) Salary not according to market / industry rate 2) Old timers are rigid and not willing to guide / accept changes 3) Management staffs are like a bunch of cowards, afraid of this and that. Does not make definite decisions and always leave it to board decision 4) Regular staff dialogue sessions just talk only but is 1-way communication because existing staffs gave up hope trying to get ideas across
