      Decent severance packages, some good colleagues in customer success

      Incompetent executive leadership that took a successful albeit small, niche company and completely destroyed it over the course of three years.

      Mezmo has been a great place to work and supports it's all it's employees. It is a both challenging and enjoyable.

      * Leadership has zero clue how to run a successful business * Product direction is lacking, no matter who they bring in. The company has been through several rounds of product leadership and all of them have been bad
