-The call side staff and some of the PAs were such cool people!! -Office dog (when he was in)
Cons
-overworked, and made feel like nothing you do is good enough (even though you’re paid the bare minimum) -Each PA has 10-14 clients each, and are expected to keep up with the unrealistic expectations set by management-ON TOP of having their 10-14 clients. -manager has confidently told staff to their faces ‘everyone’s replaceable’ leading staff to feel undervalued. why would anyone work hard for a company that says this? -Management are very clicky and talk bad about the staff! -High turnover of staff, everyone’s leaving because they’re unhappy with the pay and how they’re treated. -Constantly put under pressure and made feel worthless. -The environment is not good! -when people leave management put it down to ‘oh well, they obviously couldn’t do the job’! -They’ve sacked people on the spot for not sharing the same way of thinking. -Also, the management team actively try to remove bad reviews.
