Power vacuum held by a handful of men and women who have been in the company for far too long. No clear strategy, direction or agenda to drive business growth. Issues with Lee Stafford himself so no harmony in the brand. Imbue developed with no input from the target audience (textured hair). Little to no inclusion or diversity. Underperformance is rewarded.
