Power vacuum held by a handful of men and women who have been in the company for far too long. No clear strategy, direction or agenda to drive business growth. Issues with Lee Stafford himself so no harmony in the brand. Imbue developed with no input from the target audience (textured hair). Little to no inclusion or diversity. Underperformance is rewarded. Toxic and backstabbing, driven by insecurity and lack of delivery by those bullying. No presence of HR therefore lawless to say the least. Power vacuum held by a handful of men. But senior staff increase their salary yearly and reward themselves.
