Pros
They do pay well, but have very high turnover and typically don't replace outages in their staff. Great technical staff and good products.
Cons
Inconsistent management style, HR that works in sales as well as HR so there is a conflict of interest, change their minds faster than Ohio changes weather as far as sales strategies. If your a female or a minority...not your first stop as its a very strong old boy network.
