Strong Company... Inconsistent management - Associate Project Manager Michels Employee Review

Frequent structural reorganizations made it hard to know who to talk to. Lack of structured training and no real guidance or feedback. Performance concerns were not handled in the moment with direct communication instead escalated to formal write ups (terrible employee management). They also play favorites and exclude people that aren't in the club. Corporate always claimed to be there when needed but was impossible to get anything when the time came.
