Administration director is wonderful. When talking to her I do not feel like I am talking to the big boss, she is friendly and doesn't make her employees feel like a burden. My coworkers have been nothing but helpful and kind. I'm treating like an actual human being.
Cons
The only con I've experienced is IT issues like passwords not wanting to work or applications crashing, but they try and fix everything quickly.

Horrible leadership. The team is complete with all family members so no co worker is held accountable. Coworkers having inappropriate relationships. Coworkers on phone refusing to answer calls. Managers not willing to train properly.
