Pros
The products are very good and for the most part, your coworkers are very nice and helpful. Pay and benefits are good and depending on your role, you get to participate in some exciting events/outings.
Cons
Senior management is horrendous. There is a reason they have fractional market share of an already small niche segment. Incompetence abounds and they will not be upfront with you about the issues you face and are eager to backstab when you don't hit the almost impossible goals. They will set you up to fail. Sales people are merely order takers/glorified customer service folks. You MUST be in the office all the time so there is no real way to grow your business other than over the phone. You will not have the modern tools/technology to compete. They sell on price and heritage and make it very difficult to sell value. You can buy coopers (same tire) for half the price and more readily available in the market. In the industry they have a very poor reputation and are difficult to find distribution partners.
