Pros

-There is an organized performance review structure, you know what to look forward to and what is required from you. -Stable career path for engineer, on average, it takes 2 years for a person to move up a step on the career ladder. -For my department, there is minimum office politics, people are focusing on what they are doing. -Being a process engineer, what you do immediately affects the production line, so your achievement is readily seen and appreciated.

Cons

-A lot of documentation work required, a lot of red tapes when you want to make a change -Salary not competitive -Chances to learn new skill and enhance oneself is limited

Pros

Strong organizational growth – The company is continuously expanding, which creates exciting opportunities for career development and new challenges. Attractive RSU compensation – With the recent significant rise in stock price, the RSU (Restricted Stock Unit) package has become a highly rewarding part of the overall compensation.

Cons

Organizational silos – Each team or department tends to operate in its own silo, which can limit cross-functional collaboration and visibility into what other groups are working on. Overly strict internal security policies – While data security is important, the current policies can be excessively restrictive, making it difficult to share documents and resources even among colleagues working toward the same goals. This can slow down productivity and hinder efficient collaboration.
