Pros
The training department (like who you take company classes from, not training for your individual job) was pretty good Vacation time was generous Pay was good, but they seemed to think they owned your free time because of this
Cons
Company culture and management is terrible. Draconian, oppressive, manipulative, and judgmental. Major politics. Does not encourage people to think, only follow instructions (too bad things come up ALL the time that no instructions are written for). When something goes wrong (big or small does not matter), management always feels the need to find a scapegoat. Slight bias against women, foreigners, or people who are actually nice for management positions (same people who often end up being the scapegoat as well). Expected to work FAR more than 40hrs/wk or you "aren't a team player". Several positions require you to be on call 24/7.
