Pros

1. Micron is definitely a great company for fresh graduates, especially for engineering graduates. A well established training system provides you fantastic learning opportunities, equips you from technical knowledge to interpersonal skills, which of course, also requires steep learning curve. 2. Starting pay here is higher than industry average and also over time working is paid decently. For people who work on shift, there will be certain allowance based on basic pay. 3. Lots of career opportunities worldwide within the company. You are encouraged to take new challenges in new area as long as you have the capability and potential. 4. Senior management has been focusing on improving operational efficiency to achieve higher profit margin, which is the right direct for the company to go.

Cons

1. The company is undergoing organization integration due to the acquisition of one former competitor and also for better operational efficiency, which might, to a certain extent, affect those newly joined team members, who are still adapting themselves to the new working environment.

Pros

Strong organizational growth – The company is continuously expanding, which creates exciting opportunities for career development and new challenges. Attractive RSU compensation – With the recent significant rise in stock price, the RSU (Restricted Stock Unit) package has become a highly rewarding part of the overall compensation.

Cons

Organizational silos – Each team or department tends to operate in its own silo, which can limit cross-functional collaboration and visibility into what other groups are working on. Overly strict internal security policies – While data security is important, the current policies can be excessively restrictive, making it difficult to share documents and resources even among colleagues working toward the same goals. This can slow down productivity and hinder efficient collaboration.
