Pros
Great benefits, salary, work life balance, exciting technology to work on. Coworkers as a whole were all very nice easy to get along with in or outside of the office. Very passionate people who wanted to make a difference.
Cons
Poor long term plan, goes thru phases of throwing capital at employees and technology and then cuts projects & employee benefits while demanding more commitment to the company for less. Weak culture of growing employees more of sink or swim environment with endless online learnings that you won't actually use in day to day job role. Management very disconnected from the actual local engineering teams, remote sites even worse. CEO often said we would not reduce headcount or cut benefits when things were going well but as soon as it got dimmed claim to only need to cut 5% of staff but reality cut 15%.
