I would recommend employees who are considering joining this company to carefully read and understand the company policies. However, based on my personal experience, the company does not follow its own policies. Even when I followed the proper procedures for leaving the company, I had difficulty obtaining important documents like experience letters and final settlements. I had to argue with them over phone calls and emails to get those documents. This company is not good for experienced employees, and it's even worse for freshers. The management lacks understanding and doesn't make sense most of the time. When you decide to leave the company, the insiders start insulting and using bad language towards you, making you feel like you did something wrong. I have never seen a single employee who is happy with the management. The employees themselves are nice, but the management is terrible. At first, it may seem okay, but as time goes on, their true unpleasant nature becomes more apparent.
