Great company to work for my first year. Lots of excitement and fun environment. The company seemed to have plenty of money and was willing to spend money on the employees to show their appreciation. The company was constantly improving the software to make the day to day job more efficient and robust.
Cons
Two of the owners were unable to keep some of their relationships strictly professional which led to a lot of drama in the workplace. Problems between the management and owners began to be noticeable making the work environment uncomfortable.

This is an organization that has proved time and again that they truly only care about the bottom line. The Ownership does not care about their Employees - Culture or anything but themselves - unless you're a "Big Hitter" Sales person who is making them $$$. They basically encourage a culture of backstabbing and stepping on others to get ahead. They continually change compensation structures with little to no communication and as soon as the market changes they start cutting positions with 0 regard. The ownership group continues to buy people off for their poor choices and unethical practices as to not be exposed. There is 0 long-term outlook or goals - only knee-jerk reactions and 0 accountability for their decisions and choices.
