This can be frustrating at times. -Commission is lower than what other companies offer, but the commission is also not based off the profit, like most other companies. -Pay for your own gas, and insurance on company vehicle. But honestly, with the driving record I know some of my coworkers have, including myself, I can't even blame them for the insurance part. If you do not have a bad driving record, I've seen most of my coworkers get $50 a month or less for the insurance premium. -
