Pros

The pay is good when you get it

Cons

Commission amounts can change if the owner decides the job isn’t paying enough after the work is done. Time off isn’t real. It’s extremely disorganized and the office is against their sales men. A simple roofing project can take up to 8 months to start as the owner wants to keep sending out estimates to gouge the insurance company and get every single penny from the job after it’s already been contracted. If you have a service lookout. No one uses their emails so if you need a service fixed you must sit down at the main office in front of management and beg for it to get sent out wile arguing what’s wrong with it for 2 hours. Installers will show up to job sites with no notice. The owners are dangerous often showing up out of the blue to disrespect the employees change procedures at their whim with out explaining much about it. Holidays are held over your head as bait to meet unrealistic goals. No one at this company cares about this company one customer did not have a window in their house for 9 months after our installers broke it. Management “forgot to order it “

Pros

Flexible schedule Friendly coworkers 1,000 a week salary + commissions Only sales experience needed. W2 Phone/IPad provided

Cons

Personal vehicle required, no gas/ mileage paid 8am-8pm Mon-Sat (though you do set most your own appointments) Time off accumulates after 1 year Constantly changing quotas and job description Unorganized in field training No set company policies or structure Owner has 2 mandatory meetings Fri/Sat that are typically unorganized. No direct deposit, you must pick up a check after friday meeting and meet with the owner directly for your check if he's noticed any behavior he deems unprofessional or not fitting within his vague job description. No 401k

Pros

Make a lot of money with no experience

Cons

Where do i even begin -horrific management, they don’t train in managing at all they just give the title to top performs so they can berate their underling ( I was a top performer and manager) -it’s dog eat dog, no one has your back, and you get ahead by screwing over your co workers - the clients hate you because the company cannot deliver on any promises - Rob Phalen is a phony liar, who will say whatever he has to in order to get you to make him money then when you’re burned out it kicks you to the curb. Do not trust him he is a master of deception - no career advancement - you will lose a large chunk of your life to roofing - no education system - many many many more negatives based around the poor, money hungry, I know it all, screw the clients, work culture this company creates and fosters Wish I could give less than zero stars
