      The benefits are pretty solid and atmosphere all around is very friendly. The management never has a better than you attitude and is always willing to help if you need it. Hybrid work in office/home.

      Salary doesn't seem all to competitive.

      Not your typical corporate culture; it really is like a family. Annual Bonus plus Annual profit-sharing bonus. Many employee events throughout the year where prizes are given out.

      Cons

      In my department, there aren't very many on-boarding instructions.
