      Pros

      None. They trick you and say you get to help people. Really, they are taking those peoples foodstamp cards and using their money to buy the food for all residents. They are cruel and abusive. Its a terrible place to work.

      Cons

      Management is dishonest and steals from the residents. You are alone with residents who are rapists and murderers and much bigger than you with absolutely no protection. You basically get paid $10 to risk your life.

      I was able to speak with the house manager about changing shifts.

      Pros

      Residents are great. Interacting with them is a big plus.

      Cons

      Job requirements are constantly changing, but not the job description. If you were essential, then burn out gets you in trouble. No communication, as far as, job performance. Constantly blindsided by new rules. Corporate tells you one thing, but local management changes it.
