      The residents are great and you can learn from them

      This company is full of crap and definitely not a family as they claim. Could honestly care less about their employees. And management is AWFUL!

      Pros

      None. They trick you and say you get to help people. Really, they are taking those peoples foodstamp cards and using their money to buy the food for all residents. They are cruel and abusive. Its a terrible place to work.

      Cons

      Management is dishonest and steals from the residents. You are alone with residents who are rapists and murderers and much bigger than you with absolutely no protection. You basically get paid $10 to risk your life.
