Where to start.. 1. You literally do NOT get trained other then reading the training documents LOL. 2.They give VERBAL warnings one day if you wear a flannel cardigan over your uniform, then FIRE you the next day even though you are in correct uniform and they'll also FIRE you over "messy hair" LOL. ( also mean while the new employee they replace with was wearing a cardigan and had messy hair as well when the termination happen ) 3. Marketing Managers will not reach out to customers that have issues for a WHOLE WEEK . Then customers come getting frustrated at YOU. Marketing managers also say they "forgot" about issues that you made aware for them days before. 4. They change schedules literally the night before your shift/ day off. 5.They definitely forget about vacations you requests weeks/months prior from vacation. 6. COMMUNICATION IS ABSOLUTE ................. 7. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR WELL BEINGS THEY ONLY CARE IF YOUR STORE IS COVERED!!!! I would not recommend working for this company at all , please use or apply for a different self storage company because they will replace you so effortlessly.
