Pros
Learn How to care for the customer and their needs. Learn how to navigate Corporate Environments or attempt to.. meet a couple of neat people of the few you meet.
Cons
•No work/life Balance. All Work •no support from corporate office •no training! •compensation is smaller than other companies in industry. •Owner will drive $80k+ Range Rover, audi as employees scrape by check to check. •workload expected to be completed would require more like 60 hrs a week, but they’ll adjust your time sheets to be sure you DONT get overtime. They fear paying overtime!!! •Majority of company funds are from investors so it’s usually all about how to put up a facade that pleases investors who never see the ground floor operations. •nepotism issues throughout corporate so DONT plan to climb the ranks bc you won’t get the chance
