Loved the team I worked with and for!

I don’t have any for the company

4 and a half day weeks, off at a decent time, paid holidays

No breakdown of bonuses (or how to improve), accrued PTO expires and unless someone else can cover your facility you rarely get approved for PTO, little to no training before doing the entire job by yourself. Terrible communication and every person in upper management has a different story to tell instead of effectively communicating answers to our questions.
