Pros
Marketing services, media, and communications is an interesting field. The technology and methodologies are constantly evolving, and working at Midas Exchange guarantees that you will be at the forefront of the newest ideas and best practices. Coming from a background that has worked at both Fortune 500's and start-ups, the tempo at Midas Exchange is quite manageable and realistic. You are held to a high standard however those standards are achievable and even surpassable. Comparing apples to apples with other WPP companies, due to Midas' structure, advancement and promotions can be attainable, given that you put forth the work. During my tenure at Midas, I was promoted several times and awarded opportunities of greater visibility. Most importantly, from my perspective, the opportunity to learn from some of the best and brightest in the industry. Given how massive the entire holding network is (over 180,000 globally), our group is relatively flat, so it's much easier to interact with senior management, and most importantly, learn from their experiences, and the examples they put forth. WPP also has a generous employee education program.
Cons
Looking at my experience from an 80,000 few overview, holistically speaking, the experience has been quite good, and most importantly fair. One must be cognizant, and look at the entire situation from multiple angles.
