Benefits, 401k, good stepping stone to media, network relationships built over time

Cons

Depending on what team you land on you could literally be a work mule and get 0 respect. There are way too many overhead titles here which gives people the idea of having power over the assistants. Lastly, overall good office morale slacks here big time. Depending what team you are on you could love it here or want to quit! Take your chances!

Great place to start out your career, opportunities for perks of networking and going to happy hours and events with TV networks, gain deep understanding of the linear TV industry, Excel, and Daisy applications

Cons

Not much room for career or financial growth, type of experience depends on what account you’re placed on, no client facing or presentation experience is allowed for anyone below the level of Manager, very tedious work, extra work is given without adding extra employees to the team and without giving extra compensation
