Benefits, 401k, good stepping stone to media, network relationships built over time
Cons
Depending on what team you land on you could literally be a work mule and get 0 respect. There are way too many overhead titles here which gives people the idea of having power over the assistants. Lastly, overall good office morale slacks here big time. Depending what team you are on you could love it here or want to quit! Take your chances!
