Poor school culture persists - Residential Staff Middlebridge School Employee Review

A very family-oriented faculty and staff.

The work is tough but rewarding.

I truly enjoy the students and can say with confidence that the educational programming is unique and tailored to meet the needs of the specific population we serve. I feel fortunate to have found a school and community like Middlebridge. As a relatively newer school, it's exciting to be a part of something that is still growing, yet has become a staple in the LD education world in such a short amount of time.

I truly can't think of anything I would consider a con, this is without a doubt my favorite place I have ever worked.
