Pros
Great place to work! The bank puts a lot of money back into the community and there is always ways to volunteer and help out the STL community. Training is adequete and the upper executives are always available to help if you were to need them.
Cons
Starting pay for UB is pretty low. Opportunity for quarterly bonuses, but arent guaranteed and only aquired if you reach certain criteria.
